Sunspot 987376 viewsSunspot 987 of cycle 23. Taken just as clouds were coming in, with winds occasionally jostling the scope. Processed in Registax and PixInsight. The primary contrast adjustment/sharpening was with wavelets, and I used gaussian wavelets and a linear progression.

Saturn @ f30368 viewsSaturn imaged during a brief break between the clouds on March 28th. Limited sharpening in Registax, more in Photoshop. I used a gaussian blur to take out the graininess in the image, as well as two layers of high-pass filter.
